We would like to share with you how we met Joe with Liberty Cane Corso, and our experience in working with him. After being without a pet for almost 8 years, we both felt that it was time that we added a puppy to our home. Within the last 4 years, we have had our home broken into 2 times, so that lead us to decide that we would like to get some type of dog that would be intimidating to an intruder. However, it was very important to us, since we have 2 young grandchildren, that the dog has a very good, gentle and loyal personality. After researching, we decided that a Cane Corso was the type of dog that we would like to have. However, we discovered that there were no breeders near our home in Oregon, so we began to look on line. After many hours on the computer, and many phone calls, we decided to buy our puppy from Liberty Cane Corso. The only drawback was that they are located in New York. However, after many phone calls with Joe, we were convinced that this is where we wanted our puppy to come from. Joe spent a lot of time asking many questions about what kind of dog we wanted, why we wanted a Cane Corso, what we were expecting from the dog, what our family was like, and many more things. He seemed he was as interested in making sure that we were right for his puppies as they were for us. He had a litter of puppies, and said that he had just the girl picked for us. He sent us pictures and we immediately fell in love. She was so cute. Joe called at least once a week, plus he sent us emails and photos of our puppy as she was growing. He assured us that she would be fine traveling that far, but would need a couple of days to settle in with just the 2 of us. We followed his directions, and took that time to bond with her before we had anyone else come and meet her. She is the sweetest, nicest puppy we have ever had or ever been around. Her personality is so sweet. She loves us, follows us from room to room, and just seems to relish in being close to us. She has not shown any signs of aggression (which is good), but loves to sit on our patio or in the doorway and watch our backyard. If she sees or hears anything unusual, she immediately becomes alert until we assure her it is okay. We are absolutely delighted with her, and look forward to having her be a part of our lives for the next 10-20 years! If anyone is looking for a good, reputable breeder – you don’t have to look any further! Liberty Cane Corso delivers what they advertise!

We purchased a black male from Liberty Cane Corsos. This was my first experience with this breed. We knew we were interested in a large size dog, but wasn't interested with the negativity the common breeds offered. After a few sleepless nights of researching, I stumbled upon this majestic breed.
